A safe space to share

Is your child, tween or teenager struggling with anxiety, relationships with peers, self-esteem or exhibiting problematic behaviors? We will use various interactive modes including sand-tray, games and art to help your child express feelings and struggles.  This therapy can reduce anxiety and depression, regulate emotions and enhance your child's sense of self.

I can administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator which generates a list of career options based on your personality preferences. Through counseling, we will generate a plan to reach your goals.

How do I schedule a session?

Visit the "Contact Me" section on the website where you can request a call or email. I schedule sessions on weekdays mainly between the hours of 9am-5pm with limited evening availability. Before your first session I will ask you to complete some paperwork.

Do you accept insurance?

I provide out-of-network, fee-for-service care and do not participate on any insurance plans. 
At your request, I will provide a statement with the information your insurance plan requires (i.e., superbill) to help you seek reimbursement. It is advisable to contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine how much, if any, of the visit fee will be reimbursed. Regardless of the status of your claims, you are responsible for the payment of your care.

What are the fees?

Individual Session (55 minutes)   $130

Couples Session (55 minutes)     $140

I accept cash, check, debit and credit cards. (An additional fee is added when using a credit card.) Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.

What are your professional qualifications?

Prior experience includes working as a Counselor for two agencies. I also served as a Career Counselor and Graduate Intern Supervisor at Emory University. I have been in private practice in West Chester since 2015. I received my MS at Georgia State and an MEd from University of South Carolina.
